how does it work?

  • How do I reserve a bike?

    Click here and select the dates you are interested in. Select the bike you like from the list of available bikes and also select the pickup location of your choice. You will be asked to login or sign up. Sign up is easy with few essential details like email address and phone number. After that, reconfirm your selected bike, dates and pickup location and you will be taken to the payment gateway. Your reservation is confirmed after you make the payment.

  • From where do I pick up the bike?

    You can pick up the bike on the day of your reservation from your selected location. The address will be mentioned in the confirmation email. Click here here for the addresses of all the Wicked Ride locations.

  • What are the documents that I need to submit to take the bike?

    The following would be the documents that need to be submitted for renting the bike

    Valid Driving License to ride a motor-cycle with gear in India. For international visitors, a valid driving license from their home country with International Driving Permit is necessary along with a valid Visa. Original to be brought, copy will be retained for record

    Any two of the following

    i. Test email to reservations@wickedride.com from your work email ID
    ii. Passport. Original to be brought, copy will be retained for record
    iii. Swipe your credit card on our EDC machine for Rs.1. The credit card should be in your name.

  • How do I pay if I have an International Credit Card?

    International credit cards cannot be used to pay for your Wicked Ride Rentals through our existing payment gateways. While we are working to make this possible, please send a mail to reservations@wickedride.com and we will be happy to assist you with a PayPal link.
    Surcharge applicable based on card currency.

  • When does my order get confirmed?

    Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment. You will receive an email from Wicked Ride confirming your booking and the address of the pick up location.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you cancel the booking the refund would be made as per the following schedule- i. Less than one week – No refund ii. One week to two weeks – 50% refund. iii. More than two weeks – 95% refund. If we cancel the booking due to break down, non-availability of the bike or any other reason then we provide 100% refund of the rentals received.

  • Is there any limit on the age of the rider?

    Yes, the rider has to be at least 21 years of age to ride the bikes.


    The speed limits for bikes under 500CC is 100 kmph and speed limits for bikes over 500CC is 120kmph. A fine of Rs500 will be imposed on each violation.

  • Is fuel included in the tariff?

    No, fuel is not included in the rental.

  • Can I have the bike delivered to my location?

    Yes, you can get the bike delivered to your location. Please discuss with our team on this.

  • What is the mileage we get on these premium/high end bikes?

    We have personally experienced anywhere around 15 to 25 Kms/Litre with respect to Harleys and Triumph. However the mileage depends on riding conditions. Royal Enfield will give a mileage of 20-25 kms per litre.

  • Can these premium bikes break down?

    Yes absolutely! Though these bikes are regularly serviced and maintained they can break down.

  • Is there any limit on the number of kilometers that I can ride for a day?

    Yes, there is a 300 KM per 24 hours limit for all bikes. Any reservation for a period less than or greater than that will have a proportional limit. Every KM above that attracts an extra charge of Rs 5 for Royal Enfield and Rs 10 for all other bikes. For example, a 2 hour reservation of any motorcycle above 500cc would come with 25 km in riding at no additional charge while a 2 day reservation would come with 600 km in riding at no additional charge. 

  • What kind of fuel should I refill it with?

    All our bikes are run on Petrol (only). High Octane fuel is suggested, however normal petrol suffices. No mixing of oil or any other substance is required along with the petrol.

  • Is there any deposit that I have to pay?

    There is no requirement for cash deposit for most of our locations. However, there is security deposit required for Delhi and Jaisalmer.

  • Do you have late return penalties?

    Penalty for delay in returning the bike: All bikes are due back at the time and day agreed as per the booking form. If the hirer returns the bike beyond the time specified in the booking form he shall be charged three day's rental as penalty. If you suspect that you will be late, please extend your reservation in www.wickedride.com to avoid the penalty. We will not be able to extend if there's another confirmed reservation for the period

  • What is the process to cancel my booking?

    You will have to send a mail to reservations@wickedride.com referring to your booking ID. The refund would be as per the cancellation policy.

  • How long will it take to get the refund if any?

    The refund will take up to 7 working days after getting an approval for refund and receiving your bank details.
